About Brookwood
Brookwood is a private equity firm which invests in real estate
and private corporate securities. Since our founding in 1993,
we have invested over $370 million of equity to purchase
assets having a realized and unrealized value of approximately $1.1 billion. Brookwood’s real estate investments include properties located throughout the United States, including Florida, California, Arizona, Colorado, Virginia, Georgia, New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, Rhode Island, Texas, Massachusetts and North Carolina. We have purchased securities in corporations ranging
from start-up ventures to those that became publicly-traded companies listed
on national exchanges. Through our affiliated companies, we
provide asset acquisition, asset
management, property management, disposition and financing services.

Our investors are primarily comprised of high net worth individuals, trusts,
family offices and family partnerships as well as a select group of institutions. We make our investments
through entities having a limited duration. We offer participation
in each of our investment entities, which are for the most part individually-capitalized single-purpose entities, to investors through our
affiliate, Brookwood Securities Partners, L.P., a broker-dealer
registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers,
Inc.
Our headquarters is located on
the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts, and we have additional
offices in Fairfax, VA, Temecula, CA and Mt. Laurel, NJ. Our investment professionals
have extensive experience in finance, investment and commercial banking, real estate
aquisitions and management as well as corporate law.
