Corporate Investments

Brookwood has invested in diverse industries ranging from wireless communications and outsourcing firms to restaurants and software companies. On a number of occasions we have served as a co-investor with other well-established investment firms.

While we do not participate directly in the day-to-day operations of our portfolio companies, we are not passive investors. Instead, we provide strategic, managerial and financial counsel – most often through representation on a company’s board of directors. In addition, many of our investors are current or former senior executives who provide sage advice, sales leads and other valuable contacts to our portfolio companies’ management.
