BeNow, Inc.

BeNow, Inc. is a database-driven provider of fully integrated customer relationship management services to companies with extensive one-to-one communications requirements. BeNow's core service is building and maintaining marketing databases and providing ongoing data servicing and analytical services for its clients to maximize the effectiveness of their customer relationships. Brookwood purchased BeNow in 2002 and sold its interest in 2005.

IP Communications, Inc.

IP Communications, Inc. was a competitive local exchange carrier which provides broadband data communications services via digital subscriber line (DSL) technology to residential and business users within the geographic territory serviced by SBC Communications, Inc. Co-investors included VantagePoint Ventures, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Desai Capital Management, Inc., CIBC and GE Capital. Brookwood invested in IP Communications in 2000 and the company was liquidated in 2002.

UbiquiTel Inc.

UbiquiTel Inc. (NASDAQ:UPCS) is a Sprint PCS affiliate established to construct and operate a Sprint PCS wireless network in selected markets in the western and midwestern United States. The company went public in August 2000. Co-investors included The Walter Group, CBT Wireless, Lancaster Partners and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Brookwood invested in UbiquiTel in 1999 and the company went public in 2000.

New World Restaurant Group, Inc.

New World Restaurant Group, Inc. (OTC: NWCI) is a vertically integrated restaurant company which operates and franchises quick casual restaurants in 33 states under six independent brands including Einstein Bros., Noah's New York Bagels, Manhattan Bagel, Chesapeake Bagel Bakery, New World Coffee and Willoughby's Coffee & Tea. Brookwood invested in New World in 2000 and sold its interest in 2003.
